Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the total balance.

Payment Due Date: Full payment is due no later than 15 business days before the scheduled service. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in cancellation.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or electronic payment platforms. Cash payments are not accepted.

Late Payments: A late payment fee of 5% will be applied for any outstanding balances not paid by the due date.

Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit).

Overtime Charges: Overtime charges may apply if the service exceeds the pre-scheduled time. These will be billed at the contracted hourly rate. We understand that plans can change. At M&G Transit Solutions, we strive to accommodate any adjustments to your reservation as seamlessly as possible.

Advance Notice: Reservation changes must be requested at least 14 business days before the scheduled trip date to avoid fees. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on vehicle and driver availability.

Availability: Any changes to the date, time, or itinerary are subject to vehicle and driver availability. If the requested changes cannot be accommodated, the original reservation will remain in effect.

Fees: For changes made within 14 business days of the scheduled trip, a change fee may apply. Fees will vary depending on the nature and extent of the changes.

Last-Minute Changes: If changes are requested within 24 hours of the trip, we cannot guarantee that they will be accommodated. In such cases, the original terms of the reservation will apply.

Cancellation: If the change involves rescheduling for a significantly later date, it may be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.
