M&G Transit Solutions - Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of transportation services by M&G Transit Solutions, LLC ("M&G Transit Solutions", "we", "our", or "us") to our clients ("you" or "client"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
M&G Transit Solutions offers charter bus services for corporate groups, private events, excursions, and tours. We operate with a fleet that includes a 25-passenger minibus. All transportation services are subject to availability.
2. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Requests: All booking requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by M&G Transit Solutions.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the total balance.
Payment Due Date: Full payment is due no later than 15 business days before the scheduled service. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in cancellation.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or electronic payment platforms. Cash payments are not accepted.
Late Payments: A late payment fee of 5% will be applied for any outstanding balances not paid by the due date.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit).
Overtime Charges: Overtime charges may apply if the service exceeds the pre-scheduled time. These will be billed at the contracted hourly rate. We understand that plans can change. At M&G Transit Solutions, we strive to accommodate any adjustments to your reservation as seamlessly as possible.
Advance Notice: Reservation changes must be requested at least 14 business days before the scheduled trip date to avoid fees. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on vehicle and driver availability.
Availability: Any changes to the date, time, or itinerary are subject to vehicle and driver availability. If the requested changes cannot be accommodated, the original reservation will remain in effect.
Fees: For changes made within 14 business days of the scheduled trip, a change fee may apply. Fees will vary depending on the nature and extent of the changes.
Last-Minute Changes: If changes are requested within 24 hours of the trip, we cannot guarantee that they will be accommodated. In such cases, the original terms of the reservation will apply.
3. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the service date are eligible for a refund of any amounts paid, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

Change: If the change involves rescheduling for a significantly later date, it may be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.

M&G Transit Solutions Cancellations: In the unlikely event that M&G Transit Solutions cancels the booking, we will refund the full amount paid, including the deposit, or offer a rescheduled service date.

4. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, passenger counts, and timing. Any changes to the agreed-upon itinerary must be communicated 24 hours prior to service and may be subject to additional fees.

Passenger Conduct: Passengers must behave appropriately and comply with all driver instructions during transportation. M&G Transit Solutions reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the trip without refund if passengers exhibit dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Damage to Vehicle: You will be held liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers, including but not limited to stains, burns, or other damage to the seats, windows, or exterior.
5. Driver Conduct and Responsibilities
All drivers employed or contracted by M&G Transit Solutions hold the required licenses and certifications to operate vehicles. Drivers will follow all traffic laws and prioritize passenger safety. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in behavior that could endanger passengers or cause damage to the vehicle.
6. Insurance and Liability

Insurance Coverage: M&G Transit Solutions holds adequate vehicle insurance to cover accidents, injuries, and property damage. Clients are encouraged to secure their own travel insurance for added protection.

Liability: M&G Transit Solutions shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road conditions, and inclement weather.

Personal Belongings: M&G Transit Solutions is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are advised to take their belongings when exiting the vehicle.
7. Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide during booking, such as your name, contact details, and payment information, will be collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your transportation service. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

8. Promotional Release

If you do not wish to have your likeness used, please notify us in writing prior to your service.
9. Marketing Policy
M&G Transit Solutions may collect and use client feedback, testimonials, and images for promotional and marketing purposes. Any information shared publicly will be anonymized unless express permission is granted by the client to use identifying details. 10. Comprehension of Risk
By utilizing M&G Transit Solutions’ services, you acknowledge and understand the risks associated with transportation, including the possibility of accidents, delays, or damage to personal belongings. You agree that you fully comprehend and assume these risks voluntarily.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&G Transit Solutions shall not be liable for any injury, death, or loss sustained by you or any passenger while using our transportation services. You hereby waive any claims or legal action against M&G Transit Solutions for damages, except those arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Voluntary Participation
Your participation in any of our transportation services is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that you are free to refuse service at any time but understand that fees may still apply for cancellations as outlined in our cancellation policy.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M&G Transit Solutions, its owners, partners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and legal fees.
14. Binding Effect
These terms and conditions are binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, as well as upon M&G Transit Solutions and its successors.
15. Consent to Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, you authorize M&G Transit Solutions to arrange for medical treatment as deemed necessary for any passenger. You agree to assume responsibility for all costs associated with such treatment and release M&G Transit Solutions from liability in connection with medical care.
16. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
17. Amendments
M&G Transit Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their booking or service date.
