  • Overtime Charges Policy
    At M&G Transit Solutions, we value punctuality and strive to provide clear expectations regarding trip durations. However, if your trip extends beyond the scheduled time, overtime charges may apply. Overtime Definition: Overtime is defined as any time beyond the scheduled hours or mileage limit agreed upon at the time of booking. Rate: Overtime will be billed at a rate of $XX per hour (or as specified in your custom quote). Partial hours will be rounded up to the next full hour. Notification: If your trip is approaching the scheduled end time, we will notify you, allowing you the option to conclude the trip as planned or continue with overtime charges. Extended Mileage: If the trip exceeds the agreed mileage limit, additional charges will apply based on the rate outlined in your quote. Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the trip concludes within the scheduled time. If delays or additional stops are requested during the trip, the overtime rate will apply. Pre-Authorization: We require pre-authorization for potential overtime charges, which will be added to your final invoice if applicable. Exemptions: In the event of delays caused by factors beyond your control (such as extreme weather, road closures, or vehicle issues), overtime charges may be waived.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    At M&G Transit Solutions, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation process. Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellations 14 Business Days or More Before Trip: If you cancel your reservation 14 or more business days before your scheduled trip, you will receive a full refund of your payment. Cancellations Within 3-13 Days: If you cancel between 3 to 6 days before your trip, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, and you will be refunded the remaining 50%. Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule instead of canceling, please contact us at least 5 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling within the 3-day window may incur a small fee. No-Shows: If your group does not show up for the scheduled trip without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or public emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule your trip without penalty.
  • What is your reservation change policy?
    We understand that plans can change. At M&G Transit Solutions, we strive to accommodate any adjustments to your reservation as seamlessly as possible. Advance Notice: Reservation changes must be requested at least 14 business days before the scheduled trip date to avoid fees. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on vehicle and driver availability. Availability: Any changes to the date, time, or itinerary are subject to vehicle and driver availability. If the requested changes cannot be accommodated, the original reservation will remain in effect. Fees: For changes made within 14 business days of the scheduled trip, a change fee may apply. Fees will vary depending on the nature and extent of the changes. Last-Minute Changes: If changes are requested within 24 hours of the trip, we cannot guarantee that they will be accommodated. In such cases, the original terms of the reservation will apply. Cancellation: If the change involves rescheduling for a significantly later date, it may be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.
